Founded in 2002 in Cartersville, GA, A & E Real Estate Development is a property development and construction company that has overseen and been involved in numerous real estate endeavors in the Northwest Metro Atlanta area. Randy Berrey - Founder
- Randy founded A & E in 2002, after a successful career as the top salesman with Parnell Martin Plumbing Supply, grossing annual sales of $10M+ with a focus in pipe valve fittings and utility wholesale. A Marine serving 1979-1985, Randy established A & E to expand his foray into the construction industry and enjoys making client dreams a reality.

Alex Berrey
- Alex joined A & E in 2021 after spending four years in business and IT consulting with Accenture for some of the nation's largest utilities. A graduate of Georgia Tech in 2017 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Alex brings a technical aspect to the company that pushes innovation and creative thinking.

- Elliott joined A & E in 2022 after gaining experience as an insurance agent with State Farm and real estate agent. Elliott ensures day-to-day operations flow smoothly and on schedule while also maintaining in-house equipment.
